Weather-O-Meter by Q-SUN and QUV accelerated weathering tester are the most recommended equipment, it is considered an essence of the FIBC lab which ensures testing of all inputs of FIBC for strength as per ISO standard 21898 from stitching threads to webbing to fabric.
Tensile Testing Machine for all inputs used in FIBC with load bearing capacity upto 5000 N (500Kg).
The Rig/load testing machine is well calibrated and can load test bags up to 2.5 meter with a maximum load capacity of 20 tons . We conduct regular load test of every lot produced.
